Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance by proactively generating leads, closing transactions and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and repeat clients through personalised clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces and communicate technical features, provenance and service requirements.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including merchandising, stock control, visual presentation and point‑of‑sale procedures.
  • Coordinate with client services and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless delivery, servicing and warranty handling.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events and private appointments; contribute to local marketing and CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, payments, security and loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or fine jewellery.
  • Demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain affluent clientele and achieve consistent sales targets.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a service‑oriented demeanour and polished presentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising, inventory and CRM maintenance.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Several years (typically 3+ years) of progressive luxury retail experience with demonstrated success selling watches or jewellery and working with VIP clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, luxury brand management or a related field preferred.
