Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalised client engagement and strategic upselling.
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and VIP clients with tailored clienteling, follow‑up and after‑sales support.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Jaeger‑LeCoultre collections and convey technical horological expertise confidently to clients.
- Represent the brand in the Harrods environment, ensuring impeccable presentation, visual merchandising standards and boutique operations.
- Coordinate with after‑sales, service and CRM teams to manage repairs, warranties and bespoke client requests while safeguarding client confidentiality.
- Complete daily administrative tasks including sales reporting, stock reconciliation, cash handling and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial track record in luxury retail, ideally within watches, fine jewellery or premium timepieces.
- Deep knowledge of haute horlogerie terminology, movements and brand heritage, or demonstrable ability to acquire this rapidly.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills with a polished, client‑facing demeanour appropriate for a flagship location.
- High standards of personal presentation, discretion and professionalism in dealings with affluent clientele.
Skills
Experience
Several years of front‑line experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches or jewellery and with exposure to flagship stores or premium department stores such as Harrods.
Education
Secondary education required; professional training or qualifications in luxury retail, sales or horology preferred.
