Jaeger‑LeCoultre seeks a Senior Sales Associate in Abu Dhabi to drive boutique sales and manage VIP client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting and conversion of high‑value clientele.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through personalised clienteling and after‑sales follow‑up.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre collections and communicate technical features and provenance to clients.
- Manage boutique operations including merchandising to brand visual standards, stock control, inventory reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and events; represent the brand at client receptions and trunk shows when required.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff; contribute to team sales planning and execution.
- Use CRM and POS systems to record client interactions, sales activity and pipeline; prepare sales reports and forecasts for the boutique manager.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, luxury retail protocols and local regulatory requirements (KYC, anti‑money laundering where applicable).
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets; experience in watches or fine jewellery strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and retain high‑net‑worth clients.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable given the Abu Dhabi market.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour consistent with maison standards.
- Right to work in the UAE and flexibility to work luxury retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, ideally with specific exposure to high‑end watches or jewellery and a proven record of developing and maintaining HNW client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, retail management or a related field preferred.
