Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s collections and watchmaking complications to advise clients and close sales.
  • Coordinate after‑sales follow‑up and liaise with service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and retention.
  • Manage client records and sales activity in the boutique CRM/POS systems; maintain accurate follow‑up and reporting.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique presentation and product displays reflect brand standards.
  • Drive and participate in client events, private appointments and trunk shows to deepen relationships and generate sales.
  • Coach and mentor junior advisors; share best practices in clienteling, product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high‑value sales in luxury retail, preferably within watches or fine jewellery.
  • In‑depth understanding of mechanical watches and the ability to communicate technical features to clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and retain affluent clientele.
  • Professional appearance, strong commercial acumen and a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in Thailand preferred.

Experience

Typically 3–5+ years of progressive experience in luxury watch or jewellery retail with demonstrable results selling to high‑net‑worth clients and managing VIP relationships.

Education

Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, hospitality, luxury brand management or a related field preferred.
