Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with the maison's standards of discretion and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and after‑sales care.
- Present and demonstrate timepieces with deep product knowledge of movements, complications and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Manage boutique operations including merchandising, stock control, receiving shipments and inventory reconciliation.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to prescribed brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash and high‑value goods securely.
- Coordinate with after‑sales service and central teams to facilitate repairs, warranties and bespoke client requests.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events and trunk shows, supporting marketing and client acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales; prior exposure to watches or jewellery strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of client development and meeting sales targets in a high‑value environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service‑oriented demeanour.
- Ability to handle high‑value transactions responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and occasional events as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably within watches or fine jewellery, with a proven ability to build a client book and meet sales targets.
Education
High school diploma required; post‑secondary qualification in business, hospitality, retail or fashion is preferred.
