Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, personalised client service to high‑net‑worth customers, cultivating long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre collections, complications and after‑sales care to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage client appointments, follow up leads, and maintain an accurate clienteling database using boutique CRM and POS systems.
  • Ensure boutique visual merchandising, brand presentation and stock integrity meet Jaeger‑LeCoultre standards.
  • Support after‑sales processes including servicing referrals, warranty administration and coordination with service centres.
  • Comply with cash handling, loss prevention and internal control procedures; contribute to daily boutique operations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of consultative selling in luxury retail, preferably watches or jewellery.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust rapidly with discerning clients.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism consistent with a luxury brand environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge or strong interest in haute horlogerie; ability to learn technical product details quickly.
  • Right to work in Australia and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality sales, with demonstrable results in a boutique environment; prior experience selling watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, sales or business is advantageous.
