Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to private and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and active clienteling.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Jaeger‑LeCoultre collections and complications; present technical information clearly and confidently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, appointments, demonstrations, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up including after‑sales coordination with service teams.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions securely and ensure correct documentation for sales and returns.
  • Contribute to CRM maintenance by logging client interactions, preferences and purchase history to support tailored outreach.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events and trunk shows; collaborate with boutique leadership on local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches, jewellery or haute accessories.
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets and delivering high‑value client experiences.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt approach for VIP and international clientele.
  • Reliable work authorization for employment in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Skills

Experience

Preferably 2+ years in high‑end retail or boutique sales, with direct exposure to luxury timepieces or jewellery and a demonstrable record of meeting sales KPIs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in luxury retail, horology or hospitality is an advantage.
