Jaeger‑LeCoultre seeks a Sales Associate in Miami to deliver exceptional boutique client service and drive watch sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service to a high-net-worth clientele, building and maintaining long-term relationships (clienteling).
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation of Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces.
- Demonstrate and continuously deepen product knowledge in horology to advise clients on complications, materials and provenance.
- Manage all point-of-sale activities including transactions, accurate record-keeping and use of the boutique’s CRM and POS systems.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window displays and housekeeping to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure smooth client handovers for servicing, warranties and repairs.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and private appointments, contributing to invitation lists and personalised outreach.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceptional client service and consultative selling in luxury retail.
- Demonstrable interest in or basic knowledge of watches; willingness to undertake technical product training.
- Fluent, professional verbal and written communication; poised presentation and grooming consistent with luxury standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and to participate in boutique events.
- Valid right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of retail or client-facing experience in luxury goods is preferred; direct experience with watches or jewelry is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, hospitality or luxury retail is preferred.
