Jaeger-LeCoultre seeks a Sales Associate in Abu Dhabi to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and client loyalty
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through active selling, clienteling and appointment conversion
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre collections and movements; articulate technical and aesthetic features to clients with confidence
  • Proactively manage customer follow-up, after‑sales liaison and warranty processes in coordination with service teams
  • Ensure boutique presentation and merchandising meet brand visual standards; manage stock, displays and inventory accuracy
  • Operate POS and CRM systems for sales transactions, client records and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Participate in in-store events, private appointments and VIP experiences to strengthen brand positioning and drive acquisition

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results
  • Professional manner, polished presentation and ability to represent a haute horlogerie house with discretion
  • Right to work in the UAE and availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and evenings
  • Language skills and cross-cultural sensitivity appropriate to an international clientele are strongly advantageous

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail is required; experience specifically in watchmaking or jewellery sales is highly preferred and a demonstrable history of achieving sales targets is expected.

Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
