Jaeger‑LeCoultre seeks a Marketing and Sales Coordinator in Mexico City to support boutique marketing, CRM and retail activations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns and retail activations in alignment with global and regional brand strategies.
  • Support boutique sales teams with clienteling tools, promotional materials, merchandising and visual standard implementation.
  • Manage CRM activities including client segmentation, campaign execution and follow‑up to drive conversion and retention.
  • Plan and execute in‑store events, VIP appointments and product launches in collaboration with boutique managers and external vendors.
  • Prepare sales and marketing performance reports, track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve boutique performance.
  • Liaise with regional marketing, PR and product teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory of POS materials and promotional stock; coordinate requests and replenishment with logistics.
  • Provide administrative support including budget tracking, vendor quotations and calendar management for local initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in luxury retail, watches/jewellery, premium goods or agency environments with direct exposure to boutique operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to translate marketing activities into sales outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional projects and events.

Experience

Approximately 2–4 years of hands‑on experience supporting marketing and sales activities within luxury retail, watches/jewellery, or premium lifestyle brands, with prior involvement in boutique activations, CRM campaigns and reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
