Jaeger‑LeCoultre seeks an HR Specialist in Le Sentier, Switzerland — responsible for recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR administration including contracts, personnel records and HRIS data integrity.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing advisory support and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Support compensation and payroll processes by liaising with payroll providers and finance to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with Swiss employment legislation and internal HR policies.
  • Design and coordinate training, development and performance review cycles in collaboration with line managers.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law and statutory HR obligations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to advise managers and build credibility across functions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
