Jaeger‑LeCoultre is hiring an Event and SDP Manager in Dubai to lead brand events and retail SDP initiatives for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceive, plan and execute high‑profile brand and client events across Dubai and the GCC, ensuring alignment with Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s heritage and visual identity.
  • Own end‑to‑end project delivery for SDP initiatives (planning, scheduling, resource allocation, supplier briefings and on‑site coordination).
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (retail, marketing, PR, product and operations) to integrate events with seasonal retail activations and boutique calendars.
  • Control event budgets, prepare forecasts, negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure cost‑effective sourcing while maintaining luxury service standards.
  • Oversee event logistics and on‑site execution, including guest lists, VIP hospitality, set‑up, technical production and post‑event reporting/ROI analysis.
  • Develop event briefs, creative concepts and presentation materials that reflect brand storytelling and client experience objectives.
  • Provide training and briefing materials for boutique teams and ambassadors to ensure consistent guest servicing and follow‑up after activations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety requirements and Richemont/JLC operational policies for public and private events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering luxury brand events or experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, supplier contracts and complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a service‑oriented demeanour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished presentation and client‑facing abilities.
  • Familiarity with local event regulations and a network of reputable suppliers and venues in Dubai/the GCC.

Experience

Likely 4–7 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury events, retail activations or experiential marketing, with a track record of delivering high‑visibility events in Dubai or the wider Middle East market.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, events management or equivalent professional experience preferred.
