Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute commercial partnerships and local activations across the UAE market, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and contractual terms.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for partners, managing timelines, deliverables, logistical planning and stakeholder communications.
  • Support negotiation and administration of partnership agreements, liaising with legal, finance and regional retail teams to ensure compliance and accurate invoicing.
  • Prepare commercial reports, performance analysis and post‑activation debriefs to measure ROI and inform future partnership strategy.
  • Manage budgets and expense tracking for activations and partner programs, ensuring timely reconciliation and cost control.
  • Collaborate with retail, marketing and events teams to integrate partner activations into in‑store and client experiences.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and assist in business development initiatives targeted at strategic local partners.

Qualifications

  • UAE national (Emirati) — mandatory requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience managing partnerships, sponsorships or B2B relationships within luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict timelines.
  • High standards of discretion, professionalism and service orientation appropriate to a luxury maison.
