Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and luxury clients through proactive clienteling and personalised follow-up.
  • Advise clients on Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces and related services, translating technical horological features into benefits that match client needs.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of watches and accessories.
  • Manage client appointments, private viewings and VIP events; coordinate bespoke services and after‑sales support with in‑house workshops and service teams.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards, visual merchandising and inventory accuracy; execute sales transactions using POS systems and ensure correct cash handling.
  • Accurately update CRM records and sales activity to preserve customer history and support future client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewellery sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to engage and retain discerning clients.
  • Sound understanding of horology or a demonstrable willingness to acquire technical watch knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to premium service standards.
  • Legal right to work in Singapore and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
