Jaeger-LeCoultre is hiring a Client Advisor in Bangkok to deliver exceptional luxury watch client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a bespoke, client-first retail experience that cultivates long-term relationships and loyalty among high-net-worth customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain exhaustive product knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre collections and communicate technical and heritage details clearly to clients.
- Manage the boutique client book using CRM tools, schedule appointments, and coordinate after-sales follow-up with service and repairs teams.
- Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and implement visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately (POS), manage stock movements and maintain compliance with cash-handling and security procedures.
- Represent the brand at boutique events, trunk shows and private client appointments when required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Superior interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and retain discerning clientele.
- Outstanding personal presentation and professional deportment consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings; readiness to travel locally for client events when required.
- Reliable time management, discretion and strict adherence to confidentiality and security procedures.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, with preference for candidates who have sold watches, jewellery or high-end accessories and who can demonstrate a strong record of meeting sales targets and growing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training in luxury retail, hospitality or merchandising is advantageous.
