Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations for the Paris market, including order processing, shipment follow-up and coordination with boutiques and distribution partners.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and dashboards (sales, inventory, KPIs) to inform local and regional managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — sales, logistics, after-sales and finance — to ensure data integrity and smooth process flows.
- Assist in demand forecasting, replenishment cycles and stock reconciliations to optimise availability and minimise discrepancies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects, preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
- Maintain master data and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or equivalent (work‑study/alternance format).
- Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Professional-level French and good command of English to liaise with internal and international teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Skills
Experience
Suitable for candidates at the start of their professional career; prior internships or project experience in operations, retail support, logistics or commercial reporting is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline; alternance/work‑study contract required.
