Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end CRM campaign activation, including audience segmentation, campaign scheduling and quality assurance of email sends.
- Create, edit and publish website content across the brand website; maintain content calendars and ensure consistency with brand tone and visual guidelines.
- Coordinate with creative, e‑commerce and regional marketing teams to implement promotional content, landing pages and digital assets.
- Perform QA tests for emails and web pages across devices and browsers; troubleshoot rendering and link issues prior to publication.
- Assist with campaign performance reporting, data extraction and basic analysis to inform optimisations and A/B tests.
- Contribute to tag implementation and tracking governance to ensure accurate measurement for CRM and web initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks for digital projects, including asset management, version control and documentation of workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to grammar, brand tone and localisation considerations; English required, German or French advantageous.
- Organised, deadline‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities within cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling data extracts and translating metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Curiosity about luxury retail, watchmaking and digital customer journeys, with a desire to learn technical execution workflows.
Skills
Experience
Internship or 0–1 years of practical experience in digital marketing, CRM or e‑commerce environments; previous internships in luxury retail, agency or in‑house marketing teams preferred.
Education
University enrolment in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related field (Bachelor's or Master's level) — internship for academic credit or recent graduate placement acceptable.
