Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets set by the Boutique Manager.
  • Assist in managing boutique inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in maintaining store cleanliness and product organization according to operational standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, introducing clients to brand and product knowledge, and addressing after-sales needs promptly.
  • Actively build and maintain customer relationships, developing a robust client database.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Strong sales acumen and customer service skills. Proficiency in inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a clean and organized retail environment. Knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry products.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Education
