Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional face‑to‑face and telephone customer service to meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Advise clients on products and services with up‑to‑date brand and product knowledge, cultivating repeat business and long‑term relationships.
  • Build and maintain a client book by capturing client data and accurately completing the CRM database.
  • Perform watch alteration and fitting; provide in‑store after‑sales support in coordination with after‑sales teams.
  • Operate internal till and stock systems and complete sales documentation accurately.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandise displays to brand guidelines.
  • Support boutique opening and closing procedures and contribute to in‑store brand events.
  • Produce or support Instagram content for the boutique when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience, with the majority of experience in luxury retail.
  • Previous experience in the watch industry preferred.
  • Proactive, autonomous operator with strong team spirit and a professional demeanour.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and to grow client relationships (clienteling).
  • Capacity to attain and maintain extensive product and brand knowledge.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury; prior experience in the watch or jewellery sector is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, luxury sales or horology preferred.
