Hublot seeks an Events Manager in Nyon, Switzerland to lead global luxury event strategy and deliver premium client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global events strategy aligned with brand priorities, product launches and strategic partnerships.
  • Define event objectives, target audiences and KPIs; measure outcomes and deliver post-event analysis including ROI and attendee feedback.
  • Lead end-to-end event planning and execution — concept development, budget management, vendor selection, timelines and logistics.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including setup, staffing, supplier coordination and quality control to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Regions and Communications to translate brand storytelling into immersive event experiences.
  • Design and manage the guest journey and hospitality standards to deliver premium, detail-led client experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers and industry stakeholders to maximise event impact.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in event management, preferably within luxury goods or the watchmaking industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-end, brand-defining events and experiential activations.
  • Strong project management capability with demonstrated budget control, negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to elevated guest hospitality.
  • Available and willing to travel internationally as required.

Experience

At least 8 years of progressive event management experience, with a proven record of delivering luxury-level product launches, exhibitions and immersive brand experiences; experience in the watchmaking or high-luxury sector strongly preferred.

Education

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or a closely related field.
