Customer Service Coordinator
Hublot seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Oberursel, Germany — manage after‑sales repairs and client relations for the luxury watch brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the central interface between retailers, private clients and Hublot’s repair department, ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Handle incoming telephone and written customer enquiries for the After‑Sales service with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate and administratively manage the full repair and service workflow, from intake to return shipment.
- Prepare cost estimates and invoices for repair work and services.
- Track repair status, inventory movements and transports; follow up to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise closely with the headquarter team in Switzerland to align processes, technical details and service decisions.
- Organise and dispatch spare parts and repaired watches, ensuring secure and compliant logistics.
- Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across the entire service journey.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification.
- Minimum three years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment; customer service or direct client contact experience is an advantage.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); French language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation.
- Interest in mechanical watches and the ability to work precisely with small components.
- Structured, organised and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service, after‑sales or client-facing roles within an international environment; experience with repair coordination or the watch/jewellery sector is advantageous.
Education
Completed university degree or comparable qualification.
