Hublot seeks a Boutique Director in Houston, USA to lead boutique operations, sales, events and team development for the brand's retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Houston boutique to meet and exceed annual sales targets through team leadership, clienteling and disciplined commercial management.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop sales associates; set individual and collective objectives and monitor performance metrics.
  • Oversee all boutique operations including inventory management, stock orders, returns logistics, back‑office replenishment and budget control.
  • Ensure brand integrity and visual merchandising standards by implementing HQ guidelines, daily displays and regular rotations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personally manage VIP relationships and complex client situations; oversee after‑sales follow up with After‑Sales department.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to develop and execute a local annual event plan, support event logistics and advise on local advertising strategy.
  • Produce weekly sales and operations reporting, analyze data to propose growth initiatives and communicate regularly with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters.
  • Manage vendor relationships and boutique maintenance (security, cleaning, mall management, telecom) and ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures.
  • Maintain and update the boutique CRM and ensure the boutique Instagram account follows HQ standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred 10+ years of retail experience with the majority in luxury; minimum 5 years retail experience required and at least 4 years in a managerial/store leadership role.
  • Work experience in the US or Canada retail market is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
  • Strong leadership, people development and coaching skills with demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and clienteling skills; ability to manage VIP clientele and complex customer situations.
  • Experience in event planning and local marketing execution; prior watch industry experience is a plus.

Experience
