Hour Passion (Swatch Group) in Fiumicino seeks a Temporary Full‑Time Sales Assistant to deliver luxury watch and jewellery retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to an international clientele, guiding product selection and closing sales for watches and jewellery.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across the boutique’s brand portfolio and communicate technical and stylistic features with confidence.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage after‑sales service enquiries with accuracy and discretion.
  • Uphold boutique standards for visual merchandising, window presentation and housekeeping to reflect brand identity.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and basic reconciliation, including loss-prevention practices.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, participate in promotional activities and contribute to clienteling and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Customer-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills; aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable working a retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak travel periods.
  • Professional appearance and familiarity with luxury retail service standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally in luxury watches, jewellery or high-end accessories; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and serving an international clientele is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or hospitality is advantageous.
