Hour Passion — Marketing Intern in Paris. Support brand and retail marketing for Swatch Group boutiques and assist digital, in‑store and event campaigns.

Overview

Hour Passion is the Swatch Group's specialist retail concept dedicated to premium and haute horlogerie, operating flagship boutiques that showcase the group's portfolio of watch maisons. As part of the Swatch Group ecosystem, Hour Passion combines retail excellence with deep product knowledge and offers employees exposure to multiple luxury brands and watchmaking expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of retail and brand marketing activities across digital and in‑store channels.
  • Create and adapt content for social media, email campaigns, POS, and visual merchandising in collaboration with boutique teams and corporate marketing.
  • Assist in the planning and on‑site coordination of in‑store events, product launches and client experiences.
  • Perform market, competitor and customer research; prepare performance reports and campaign analyses using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of creative assets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; copywriting ability for digital and retail content.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, watches, and retail service excellence.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment; attention to visual detail is essential.
  • Availability to undertake an internship in Paris for the duration required by the academic programme.

Experience

No extensive prior experience required; previous internships or project work in marketing, retail or luxury brand communications are advantageous. Practical exposure to retail environments or event coordination is a plus.

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
