Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, hospitable welcome and ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance.
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients to identify needs and prepare them for the appropriate Sales Associate (Métier).
  • Engage waiting clients with personalised conversation and service while they await appointments.
  • Manage customer flow and waiting lists using the dedicated queue-management app on Hermès devices.
  • Support the Sales Associates team by coordinating and scheduling appointments and customer visits.
  • Liaise with Operations teams to coordinate online orders, after-sales service and reservation deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in languages, fashion or luxury.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
  • Availability to work full-time hours in a boutique environment.
  • Strong professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism and proven ability to integrate within a team.

Experience

Entry-level internship: beginners accepted. No prior luxury retail experience required; candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal aptitude and a vocation for client-facing retail.
