Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising Project Manager in creating seasonal VM guidelines for all métiers within the Accessories & Silk pole (silk, hats, belts, gloves, jewellery accessories for men and women).
- Prepare and coordinate VM photoshoots and produce inspirational visual boards and imagery.
- Manage product prototypes and coordinate cross-merchandising VM shoots involving the Maison’s métiers.
- Contribute to deployment of commercial activations and new product launches in coordination with retail teams.
- Develop VM training content and assist deployment of digital learning modules; update the internal HMT self‑training platform.
- Draft internal VM documentation (store bibles, VM bibles) and model POS/PLV elements for seasonal and permanent displays.
- Conduct retail network monitoring and competitive benchmarking; prepare monthly VM reporting and contribute to the internal VM newsletter.
- Provide operational support for showroom and podium events and undertake ad‑hoc in‑store installations; ensure 360° coordination with commercial, collection and supply teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school or design school (required).
- Beginners accepted; prior experience in visual merchandising or retail is a plus.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant).
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and acute attention to detail.
- Creative sensitivity, product aesthetic sense and curiosity with an ability to propose ideas.
- Good observational, analytical and synthesis skills with adaptability and open-mindedness.
- Team spirit and a positive, professional attitude.

Experience
Open to beginners; prior internship or practical experience in visual merchandising or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business, fashion or design programme (undergraduate or postgraduate).
