Role & Responsibilities
- Source and attract internship and apprenticeship candidates aligned with Hermès’ values and the needs of industrial, supply-chain and technical functions.
- Manage applications through Hermès Talents, LinkedIn and specialised platforms; screen CVs and maintain candidate follow-up for a seamless experience.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure recruitment timelines and candidate communication are respected.
- Optimise job advertisement distribution (social networks, schools, career fairs) and represent the employer brand at forums and events.
- Contribute to writing accurate, engaging job descriptions and organise candidate-facing events (meet-the-team sessions, workshops).
- Maintain and update recruitment reporting, analyse sourcing metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
- Prepare visual supports and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel) to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and operational managers and propose process or tool enhancements to modernise recruitment.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Master 1 or Master 2 (Ressources Humaines, Work Psychology or equivalent) — apprenticeship pathway.
- First internships or exposure to recruitment, HR or project coordination is a plus.
- Organised and rigorous with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease interacting with diverse profiles: candidates, managers and external partners.
- Autonomy, proactivity and a disposition to propose improvements to processes and employer-brand actions.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate data.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Genuine interest in craftsmanship, industrial métiers and the luxury sector.

Experience
Open to early-career candidates and students; prior internships or experience in recruitment, HR or project coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master 1 or Master 2 level in Human Resources, Work/Occupational Psychology, or equivalent (apprenticeship contract).
