Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and enhances store aesthetics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
