Hermès Sellier seeks a Part-time Sales Associate (Saturdays) in Sèvres, France. Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and build a dedicated clientele.
Overview
Hermès Sellier is the retail arm of Hermès, operating an exclusive network of boutiques that present the Maison’s métiers—leather, fashion, beauty, home, watchmaking and jewelry—through a curated, craft-led approach. The brand emphasises artisanal savoir-faire, discreet luxury and long-term client relationships, and its retail teams are charged with translating those values into bespoke in-store experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote products from the assigned department, proposing relevant and complementary pieces to grow sales.
- Collaborate with the entire store team to achieve commercial objectives and identify client opportunities.
- Deliver a high-quality, memorable client experience; anticipate client needs and ensure follow-up so clients are never left waiting for information or solutions.
- Build, maintain and autonomously manage a personal client file and ensure systematic client follow-up and retention.
- Represent Hermès values to clients and new colleagues, advocating the work of the Maison’s artisans and recruiting a national and international clientele.
- Support store operations including inventory counts, merchandising changes, stock organisation and maintaining the appearance and standards of the department and store.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays (part-time role; permanent contract).
- Proven client service orientation with a recognised track record of sales results.
- Minimum one year of retail or luxury sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and generous in the sales approach, with an understated and humble professional demeanour.
- Strong digital literacy and ease with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 1 year of retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within a high-end or luxury environment, with demonstrable clienteling and revenue contribution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury goods or customer service preferred.
