Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and support customers across all product categories to meet their needs and ensure a memorable omnichannel experience.
  • Deliver storytelling about the brand's history and product craftsmanship to enhance client relationships and sales.
  • Provide comprehensive product information, including aftersales care suggestions.
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.
  • Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policies and company procedures.
  • Participate actively in customer events and animations as needed.
  • Maintain solid product knowledge, staying updated with novelties, prices, and stock availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
  • Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury boutique.
  • Proficiency with Excel and IT tools.
