Sales Associate
Hermès Italy seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Milan (temporary, 16h) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and build lasting relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, memorable client experiences through refined storytelling about brand heritage and product craftsmanship.
- Advise customers across product categories to meet needs and drive sales while maintaining omnichannel consistency.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio through bespoke discovery, follow-up and loyalty-building actions.
- Collect, update and protect client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.
- Provide aftercare advice and product care guidance to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including novelties, pricing and stock availability.
- Support and actively participate in client events, in-store activations and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably within a luxury boutique environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English; an additional language is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (fashion or linguistic studies advantageous) but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Excel and general IT tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clear customer-service orientation.
- Team-player mentality combined with the ability to work autonomously; flexibility and availability to work in a high‑pace retail environment.
- Strong aesthetic sense, professionalism, enthusiasm and a vocation for human values.

Experience
At least 1 year of direct sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail or boutique sales is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (fashion or linguistic focus advantageous); not mandatory.
