Hermès Ibérica seeks a Sales Associate in Marbella (contract) — full-time luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales and CRM. Immediate start.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store revenue through proactive selling and expert clienteling, including pre- and post-sale follow-up.
  • Deliver exemplary personalised customer service, demonstrating warmth, patience and a positive demeanour at all times.
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate communications with colleagues and relevant departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Accurately record client data and interactions in the CRM and ensure data quality for ongoing relationship management.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across the Maison’s métiers and maintain familiarity with inventory and post‑sales processes.
  • Maintain store standards and daily operational procedures, participate in morning briefs and support visual merchandising (front and back office).
  • Complete assigned training modules and proactively share learnings with colleagues to enhance the in-store experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or boutique environments.
  • High level of spoken and written English (minimum B2; candidates will undergo an English test).
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent client service and meeting sales objectives.
  • Ability to maintain high personal standards, act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate discretion with client information.
  • Capacity to remain calm under pressure, show flexibility and work effectively in a team.

Experience
