Join Hermès in Broadbeach Waters as a Sales Associate. Enhance client experiences in a luxury environment. Full-time, 6-month contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines.
  • Develop and strengthen meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Handle complex client experience concerns and issues.
  • Facilitate sales and participate in up-selling, cross-selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
  • Proactively share key information about the métier and its performance.
  • Train and share information on new product launches, particularly for new joiners.
  • Assist in maintaining the store environment and image of the House.
  • Demonstrate the ability to accurately navigate Hermès tools, systems, and programs.
  • Make decisions aligned with Hermès operating standards and values.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of operational controls, stock handling, and inventory management systems.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
  • Strong background in customer service and/or sales, with experience in a luxury environment being advantageous.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to embody the values of the Hermès Maison.
  • Excellent relationship development skills with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High standard of presentation and grooming.
  • Passion for Hermès creations and comprehensive product knowledge in Hermès Métiers.
  • Positive, proactive, efficient, and client-focused attitude.
  • Strong sense of time management with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize.
  • Ability to achieve personal targets and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.

Experience

A strong background in customer service and/or sales is required, with experience in a luxury environment being advantageous.
