Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in German and English.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in fashion or retail management are advantageous.
