Role & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues to drive store sales.
• Demonstrate warmth and patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Manage customer requests and ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Develop knowledge of after-sales processes and proactively familiarize with merchandise to enhance product knowledge.
• Ensure strong communication with clients during sales ceremonies and post-sale.
• Demonstrate active listening skills to build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Participate actively in store communication, such as daily morning briefs.
• Maintain store standards and understand daily procedures, ensuring merchandise is handled with care.
• Comply with and respect the Maison's processes, and familiarize with basic visual merchandising concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English (minimum required: B2). Knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative.
• Warmth and empathy, especially when handling objections.
• Calmness in stressful situations and flexibility.
• Act as a true ambassador of the Maison.
• Maintain high personal standards.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
