Hermès seeks a Sales Advisor (Saturdays) in Lille — part‑time, permanent role delivering exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Actively sell across all merchandise departments and propose relevant product suggestions to maximise sales.
- Collaborate with the shop team to develop store revenue and identify sales opportunities; remain proactive on the selling floor.
- Ensure outstanding client wellbeing in‑store and deliver memorable, bespoke customer experiences, coordinating with external relations when appropriate.
- Build, maintain and autonomously manage a client portfolio, ensuring timely follow‑up and personalised service for national and international clientele.
- Represent and transmit the Maison’s values; promote the work of Hermès artisans.
- Participate in store operations including inventories, merchandising resets, stock organisation and upkeep of department presentation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a bac+3 level qualification (business school or equivalent) or similar higher education.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or client‑facing sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent client orientation, strong interpersonal charisma and a generous, service‑driven sales approach.
- Demonstrable humility, professionalism and capacity to work collaboratively in a boutique environment.
- Comfortable and agile with digital communication tools and contemporary retail technologies.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of customer‑facing retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium brand; proven ability to sell across multiple product categories and to build a personal client book.
Education
Bachelor’s level (bac+3) in business, commerce or equivalent; students in final year of business school are encouraged to apply.
