Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure the visual merchandising of the store aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer experience.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring the availability of key products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly French and English.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and Hermès brand ethos.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Education
