Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Hermès products to effectively assist customers.
- Support the visual merchandising team to ensure the store meets Hermès standards.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store profitability.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
