Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is presented according to brand standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Korean and English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
