Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is presented according to brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
