Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of client engagement.

- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining the integrity of the point-of-sale system.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Hermès products, history, and craftsmanship.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and accessories.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail or fashion are advantageous.
