Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products to assist clients effectively.
- Support the visual merchandising team to ensure the store reflects the brand's aesthetic standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in fashion or retail management is advantageous.
