Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's luxury image.
• Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
