Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's luxury image.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
