Retail Intern
Hermès Asia Pacific Limited — Retail Intern in Hong Kong. Part-time internship supporting store operations, client experience and stock management (2–3 days/week).

Role & Responsibilities
- Support general store operations, including floor and stockroom activities, to maintain visual and operational excellence.
- Welcome and professionally greet clients, assisting to enhance client experience and engagement on the sales floor.
- Support inventory control and stock management processes, including receiving, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Provide sales-floor assistance and run on-site errands as required to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
- Contribute to retail performance initiatives and assist in execution of strategic in-store plans.
- Perform ad-hoc operational tasks and cross-floor support as assigned by store management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fashion, Retail Operations, Business or a related discipline.
- Available to commit to a part-time internship of 2–3 full days per week for the stated contract duration.
- High level of initiative, learning agility, an open mindset and strong commitment to tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Experience
Open to beginners; suitable for current undergraduates or recent graduates. No prior professional retail experience is required, though any customer-facing or retail exposure is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree (preferably in Fashion, Retail Operations, Business, or related discipline).
