Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor milestones (studies, permits, construction, handovers) and update planning documents.
- Prepare executive reporting and dashboards to support project governance and decision‑making.
- Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, draft minutes, track actions and facilitate communication between technical, legal, finance, sustainability and asset management teams.
- Centralise and structure project data; support development and optimisation of digital tools and reporting (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Support logistics and organisation of internal seminars, workshops, site visits and stakeholder travel; prepare presentation materials and manage meeting agendas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and market/technology watch on digital real estate management tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s level student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in engineering, business school or specialised Master in Real Estate, Project Management, Data & Business Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
- Practical interest in real estate operations, retail projects and luxury retail environments.
- Organisational rigour, analytical mindset and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate within a matrixed, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Experience
Beginners accepted; suitable for students without prior professional experience. Previous academic projects or internships in real estate, project management or data analysis are advantageous.
Education
Master’s level student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in engineering, business school or specialised Master in Real Estate / Project Management / Data & Business Analytics.
