Quality Process Project Assistant (ERP)

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Business Process Owner (BPO) in defining and documenting end‑to‑end quality processes across métiers.
• Model business processes in Signavio and maintain process documentation in line with QMS and ERP requirements.
• Co‑facilitate cross‑functional workshops with métier referents to identify commonalities, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the operational roll‑out of the QMS and preparation for upstream ERP replacement, including tracking design decisions and required validations.
• Participate in solution testing (QMS and ERP), collect user feedback and document non‑regressions and improvement requests.
• Propose and help implement KPIs and satisfaction metrics for quality processes and support their deployment via BI (Power BI).
• Animate the transverse quality community: organise participatory workshops, develop training content and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac+4/5) in an engineering school, business school or university programme with a specialisation in QSE, process management, operations/supply chain, information systems or project management.
• Strong analytical rigour, organisational discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to animate workshops and work across functions.
• Professional level of English appreciated.

Skills

Experience

Open to beginners; students in M1/M2 preparing an apprenticeship contract. Prior exposure to process mapping, quality systems or ERP projects is a plus but not required.

Education

Master's level (M1 or M2) in engineering, business or equivalent university programme with relevant specialisation (QSE, Lean/continuous improvement, operations/supply chain, information systems or project management).
