Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Officer in arbitration of items flagged by CQ via HTAG, at the warehouse or with Production.
- Liaise with external manufacturers and workshops concerning supplier returns and monitor repair deadlines for returned pieces.
- Assist in inspection and control of technical data sheets (TDS) to internalise the Hermès quality standard.
- Compile and share quality points and non-conformity feedback with the industrial team.
- Contribute to the preparation of material/composition information for models during collection reviews.
- Help develop, enrich and apply the quality control specification (cahier des charges).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in 'supplier returns' dossiers.
- Participate in fast and in-depth end-of-season reporting and optimisation of seasonal quality summaries.
- Support quality officers in resolving quality alerts and in the historisation/documentation process.
Qualifications
- Enrolled as an apprenticeship (apprentissage) student preparing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 qualification (Master level).
- Strong interest in production processes and fashion métiers, with sound practical knowledge of garments.
- Methodical, rigorous, able to prioritise, highly responsive and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools; capacity to handle quality data accurately.
- Good command of English is desirable; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

Open to candidates with little or no professional experience; suited to students entering a Bac+4/5 apprenticeship in fashion, production or quality disciplines.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master-level) via apprenticeship.
