Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end development and industrialisation of costume jewellery from sketch to production, ensuring adherence to stylistic intent, quality standards, costs and deadlines.
- Coordinate a cross‑functional project team (Style, Collection, Quality, Purchasing, Supply, ADM) and manage transversal governance, routines and escalation points.
- Establish and animate project schedules and milestones; run weekly supplier, technical and progress meetings and circulate minutes and action plans.
- Oversee prototype development with internal and external partners, secure prototype delivery for design reviews and control pre‑series approval flow.
- Drive industrialisation planning and risk mitigation with Quality and Production teams to guarantee homologation and pre‑series milestones are met.
- Consolidate production costing on leather projects with Purchasing and costing officers and provide early estimates and qualitative input to Collection reviews.
- Organise and manage production campaigns and quality control for event pieces (podium, runway, previews) and produce post‑event performance reports.
- Ensure technical data availability and integrity (drawings, specifications, BOMs, PRI, consumption data) and maintain development budgets at each milestone.
- Capture and share lessons learned (REX), participate in supplier and technology scouting and propose process and organisational improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school or equivalent education.
- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in product development project management, preferably within fashion, accessories or jewellery.
- Strong appetite for the fashion universe and sensitivity to stylistic requirements and luxury product standards.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive responsibility in project management for product development, ideally within fashion accessories, jewellery or related luxury product categories.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) — engineering or business school preferred.
