Production Planning Assistant (Apprenticeship)

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling team in daily production planning and follow-up for women's ready-to-wear.
• Manage relationships with external ateliers and internal manufacturing and procurement contacts.
• Analyse and dispatch materials and component allocations from control centres and the logistics warehouse to ensure on-time production starts at partner sites.
• Update and monitor delivery schedules in collaboration with external partners and the scheduling team.
• Coordinate and follow up on inbound reception discrepancies with the logistics service provider.
• Coordinate billing anomalies with the Finance Department.
• Develop and maintain coordination tools and production reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master's level) and seeking an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
• Strong interest in production management or supply chain operations.
• Proven rigor, organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

Open to beginners; candidates are expected to be current students seeking an alternance/apprenticeship and willing to learn operational production scheduling within a luxury ready-to-wear industrial environment.

Education

Enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master's level) in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, operations management or a related discipline.
