Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the industrialisation and manufacturing teams for chain & woven and leather ready-to-wear.
- Participate in the launch and evaluation of counter-samples/trials to identify and qualify new manufacturers and partners.
- Contribute to the construction and ongoing update of the annual production retroplanning and schedules for JLD meetings.
- Produce analyses and maintain tracking tools and production follow-up files (cutting follow-ups, consolidation of states).
- Photograph showroom models, classify images in the network and record garment measurements.
- Enter manufacturing-related data (packaging, supplier contracts) into the ERP M3 and assist with purchase order preparation.
- Draft and help maintain process documentation (e.g. embroidery processes) and handover supports from development to production.
- Support semi-finished product launches and validations (trials/Master/TDS) and follow production through to finished-goods delivery.
- Organize virtual and physical meetings with internal and external stakeholders: schedule invites, prepare logistics and materials.
- Inventory and harmonise physical and digital archives (historical price files, server file structures).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master's-level) programme.
- Demonstrated interest in production processes, industrialisation and supplier liaison (ERP, tech packs, production follow-up).
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with data and information systems.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; general ease with digital tools.
- Attention to product details, materials and garment construction.
- Manual dexterity for measuring garments and handling samples.
- First experience in production or manufacturing is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Open to beginners; candidates may be students with limited professional experience. A first internship or exposure to production/manufacturing is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master's-level) programme in fashion production, industrial engineering, product development or a related discipline.
