Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end design and rollout of blended learning for women's ready-to-wear: concept, content creation, logistics and deployment for in-person and remote sessions.
  • Collaborate with product, collection and production teams, group training and local trainers to centralise information and ensure alignment on seasonal collections.
  • Author and edit seasonal and ad‑hoc training materials (creative, interactive supports, pre-work and e‑learning modules) and manage translations and versioning.
  • Organise and coordinate production of training films and showroom content, including supplier engagement, casting, shoot logistics and on-set support.
  • Prepare showroom sales aids (packshots, lookbooks, VM simulations) and organise showroom visits for diverse buyer audiences.
  • Act as a liaison for visual merchandising: contribute to VM guidelines for markets, follow transversal VM topics and support implementation across the retail network.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships related to shoots, filming and showroom set‑up; ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Business School, IFM, IAE, University) or equivalent — apprenticeship (alternance) contract.
  • Beginners accepted; a prior 6‑month experience in a similar coordination, training or VM role is strongly preferred.
  • Creativity, dynamism, adaptability, strong organisational skills, anticipation and excellent interpersonal qualities.
  • Analytical mindset with rigour and the ability to synthesise complex information into clear learning materials.
  • Bilingual in French and English.

Experience

Beginners accepted; ideally at least 6 months' relevant experience in training coordination, visual merchandising or retail operations. Experience supporting seasonal collection launches, shoots or e‑learning projects is advantageous.

Education

Master's student in Business School, IFM, IAE, University or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance enrolment required).
